On May 29, 2020, Belleville Police conducted a compliance check on Nathan Irwin, a 31-year-old resident of Belleville.
Irwin is bound by a probation order as well as an order under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act (SOIRA).
Irwin was in breach of his conditions on that date.
A warrant was sworn before the courts and Irwin is wanted for the following offences;
- Breach of Recognizance – Breach of Curfew
- Breach Probation – Failing to reside at prescribed address
- Fail to comply with order of the Sex Offender Information Registration Act (SOIRA) – Failing to notify change of address
Irwin is described asa 5’ 4” tall, 130 pound white male with a thin build, brown short hair and brown eyes and a beard.
