Stolen bicycles
On May 27, 2020 at 12:58 p.m., police were called to an east end home for a report of a theft of a pair of bicycles. This occurred during the night time hours, and police have no suspects. The bikes are both of the BMX make. One is described as a black and red “Avego.” The second is described as a gold coloured “Hutch Web.” Both cycles have pegs attached to the wheels. This investigation is continuing, and police are asking anyone who may have information to please contact investigating officer Cst. Break, enter and theft
On May 27, 2020 at 4:45 p.m., police were called to a residence in the central west part of the city for a reported break-in to a garage. The homeowner advised the structure had been broken into by unknown person(s) within the last 24 hours. A large BBQ, a keyless entry lock system, silverware and dishes were among the items stolen. Police are awaiting a further detailed list of stolen items, believed to have an estimated value of approximately $4,000. The investigation is continuing.
