A home’s interior and a vehicle in the far north of Belleville were damaged during a domestic dispute Tuesday afternoon.
City police responded to the incident shortly after 4 o’clock after reports of an altercation between a man and woman.
There they arrested a 63-year-old man and charged him with two counts of mischief under $5,000 and one count of uttering a threat to cause bodily harm.
Two firearms were also seized during the investigation.
The man’s name will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
