The Belleville Senators are well represented in the American Hockey League’s 2019/20 All Rookie Team.
Both Josh Norris and Alex Formenton were voted into that group after posting incredible numbers in their freshmen AHL campaigns, with Norris leading the B-Sens in points with 61 and Formenton not far behind with 53.
Norris and Formenton also finished first and second respectively in rookie scoring, with Norris being the only first-year player to average better than a point per game.
Also named to the All Rookie Team were fellow forward Jack Studnicka from the Providence Bruins, defenders Brogan Rafferty of the Utica Comets and Joey Keane, who played with both the Hartford Wolfpack and Charlotte Checker this season, along with Laval Rocket Goaltender Cayden Primeau.
