Napanee based VIVO Cannabis Inc., known as ABcann Medicinals, has had a strong start to the year.
The medical and adult-use marijuana producer says its net revenue in the first quarter was $8.2 million,
up 24% from the last quarter of 2019.
Sales, general, and administrative expenses were $5.5 million in the first quarter.
The company plans additional production and extraction capacity this year and an early planting is expected
to lead to significantly more marijuana production from its Napanee airhouses.
