Elexicon Energy is helping in the fight against COVID-19.
The energy company announced a donation of $50,000 at a number of hospitals, including Belleville General.
The Belleville General Hospital Foundation received $3,000 to fund areas of greatest need during this pandemic.

Elexicon Energy has taken several measures to ensure that everyone can have reliable power through COVID-19. All electricity disconnections have been suspended, extended bill payment options and financial assistance programs remain available, and a scheduled rate increase has been voluntarily postponed until November 1.
