Loyalist College says it is making $1 million available to support students with needs-based financial assistance.
The money will go towards returning, domestic and international students and would see each eligible recipient awarded a $1,000 bursary towards tuition costs.
$300,000 of the fund is coming from the Loyalist Student Government, with another $300,000 coming from annual government funding allocations. The college’s bursary and scholarship support programs will cover the rest.
Returning students can log on to their MyLoyalist Portal to apply for the funding.
