Additional charges have been laid in connection to a historic sexual assault investigation.
On Tuesday we told you about the investigation, which began 11 years ago (see original story below).
This past Saturday, Prince Edward County OPP searched a residence on Pitt Street in Picton arrested a 67-year-old man.
Original charges were sexual assault, sexual assault on a person under the age of 16, voyeurism, and other sex-related charges.
Now officers have also laid three counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm.
The name of the person charged will not be released to protect the identity of the victims.
He is appearing in court at a later date
