A Belleville man faces charges after allegations he broke through a locked gate at a towing company yard to get his vehicle back.
Belleville police say they arrested 31-year-old William McInnis yesterday (Sunday) but that the break-in occurred on Saturday.
Police say McInnis had his vehicle taken away on Friday after police found him to be driving with a suspended licence and no insurance.
