Prince Edward County OPP are investigating a historical sexual assault.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred during a 10 year span in Picton.
An investigation with the Crime Unit resulted in the arrest of a 22 year-old man from Belleville.
He is facing charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age.
Media Relations Officer Constable Aaron Miller says the suspect will be tried in youth court because he was under the age of 18 at the time of the offences.
The man was released and will appear in Belleville court at a later date.
