Triangle Fluid Controls Ltd is starting to produce more than 1,000 medically approved face shields for Quinte Health Services.
The business on College Street East in Belleville will be producing the main components for the face shields.
General Manager Mike Boyd says they heard the call for Personal Protective Equipment and knew they had to help.
He says they are proud to be able to do their part for front line health care professionals in our region.
Along with TFC’s contributions, the company was able to source other required materials from a couple of their suppliers as donations for this combined accomplishment.
The cost of the main material is being funded by the employees through donations.
