A federal offender known to visit the Kingston area is wanted by police.
George Hasler is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of him breaching his statutory release.
He is described as a white male, 56 years old, standing 6 feet tall, weighing 260 lbs with brown balding hair and brown eyes.
Hasler is serving a two year sentence for break, enter and commit, two counts of theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime for trafficking $5,000, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and motor vehicle theft.
Hasler is known to frequent the regions of Kingston Brantford, Halton, Hamilton and Niagara Falls.
