Weapons, drugs, and driving charges have been laid after an early morning traffic stop by Lennox and Addington OPP.
Around 3:00 a.m. Friday morning, an officer was trying to stop a vehicle for speeding on the eastbound 401.
There were four people in the car and two people have been charged.
A 17-year-old from North York has been charged with unauthorized possession of a weapon (believed to be a switchblade), possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of cannabis under 19, possession of cocaine.
The driver, a 27-year-old from North York was also charged.
The youth has a June court date in Napanee.
