Shoplifting Incident
On April 16, 2020 at approximately 8:56 a.m., Belleville Police received a call to a north end business regarding a shoplifter. A male was observed loading stolen items into a Silver Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck. An employee confronted the male and recovered the stolen merchandise, but the suspect left prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing, anyone with information is asked to call Quinte Crime Stoppers or The Belleville Police Service.
