Northumberland OPP are looking for two suspects after a man was dropped off at a Cobourg hospital last month, suffering from a gun shot wound.
Specific details on what happened haven’t been released, but investigators say the man who was shot was dropped off at Northumberland Hills Hospital around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday March 24.
Police are looking for 42-year-old Andrew Hibbert and 23-year-old Kimroy Peters, with both potentially facing charges of attempted murder using a firearm, robbery using a firearm and possession of a weapon for a dangerous person.
Hibbert is a black man, about 5’7” and 216 pounds with a shaved head, while Peters is also a black man, about 5’7” and 144 pounds.
Both men may pose a risk to public safety, so police are asking anyone who may see them to call their nearest OPP detachment immediately.
