Prince Edward County OPP continue to investigate a serious assault that took place on the weekend.
Police report they were called on Saturday just before 6 a.m. to a hospital where the victim was being treated following an assault.
The male victim was later taken to Kingston with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The Prince Edward Crime Unit continues to investigate this incident.
