Mischief
On March 23, 2020 at approximately 9:47 a.m., police responded to a west end business regarding a male loitering in their bathroom. Once on scene, officers quickly recognized the male from previous dealings and arrested him for mischief given that he was interfering with the owner’s lawful use of his property. Forty-three-year-old Mark Ferguson of Belleville was later released on a Form 10 with a first court appearance set for May 28, 2020.
