The Committee of Adjustment / Planning Public Council meeting on Wednesday, March 18 will move to the Prince Edward Community Centre in an abundance of caution to safeguard the health and well-being of councillors, staff, and the public.
- Council remains committed to conducting municipal business while also following the social distancing recommendations issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
- While members of the public are unable to attend the meeting in person, the public are invited to provide comments on any item on the agenda in advance of the meeting by emailing Clerk Catalina Blumenberg at cblumenberg@pecounty.on.ca.
- The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.

- The municipality is making its best effort to provide a live stream of this meeting during these unprecedented circumstances. Should a live feed be made available, details will be shared on the County website and on its social media channels (Facebook and Twitter).
- All other meetings of advisory committees of council and boards have been cancelled. As part of the agenda on Wednesday, Council is expected to consider changes to the procedural bylaw to enable electronic participation for advisory committee meetings.
