A Picton man was in the right place at the right time to stop a car thief.
Prince Edward O-P-P say the Ena Street resident looked out his front window, and noticed a man walk up to a vehicle in the driveway and try to open the door.
The man banged on the window, and the suspect ran away, but he was arrested by police a short time later.
Twenty-nine-year-old Leslie Williams was charged with theft and breach of probation, and has a court appearance in late April.
