The Band Council for the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte have expressed “both frustration and regret” after the OPP moved in to clear the CN VIA Rail tracks of protesters yesterday (Monday).
In a formal statement Chief R. Don Maracle said the situation came about due to a failure of the Canadian government.
