Arrested on warrants
On February 23, 2020, at 9 a.m. police attended in Peterborough to collect a prisoner who had been arrested there on warrants held by the Belleville Police Service. A 24-year-old Belleville woman was escorted back to Belleville. She remains in custody with a bail hearing scheduled on February 24, 2020.
On February 23, 2020 at 9:10 a.m., police arrested a 42-year-old Belleville man on North Front Street on the strength of outstanding warrants. He remains in custody with a bail hearing scheduled on February 24, 2020.
On February 23, 2020 at 9:47 p.m., an officer on patrol recognized a youth on North Front Street who was wanted on outstanding warrants. A 17-year-old male youth was arrested on the strength of the warrants. He was released with a court date of March 17, 2020. His name cannot be released under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
