The Belleville Senators are back in first place.
The B-Sens picked up a 5-2 win on the road Friday night in Utica to take a two point division lead in the North over the Comets.
Filip Gustavsson made 26 saves on 28 shots for the win.
Logan Brown and Morgan Klimchuk registered a goal and an assist each while Michael Carcone, Jordan Murray and Parker Kelly each added singles.
The win wraps up the Senators 16 day, 8 game road swing. Belleville managed to go an impressive 6-1-1 picking up 13 of 16 possible points.
The B-Sens will return to action Saturday night at the CAA Arena hosting the Utica Comets for the second half of the home and home.
Game time is set for 7 p.m. You can catch the action on 800 CJBQ starting at 6:50 p.m.
