The Picton Pirates grabbed a couple crucial points in their battle up the PJHL’s Tod Division standings.
The Pirates beat the Amherstview Jets in Picton last night, to get within two points of the Jets for second place in the Tod Division.
Dawson Lindsay and Khaden Henry each had a pair of goals, with Kurtis Wood tacking on a goal and an assist.
Eric Tessier made 20 saves in the win.
Tonight, in Jr.C action it’s the Gananoque Islanders visiting the division-leading Napanee Raiders at 7:30, at the Strathcona Paper Centre.
