The 2019 Local Love campaign with the United Way Hastings Prince Edward ends January 31 and a fundraiser to help get the campaign over the top goes this weekend.
It is called Pedal Power for United Way, and it is taking place at the Red Lion Pub on Coleman Street in Belleville Friday.
Melanie Cressman is the Director of Donor Relations for the United Way.
The goal for the local chapter’s campaign is $1.95 million and Cressman says they are very close.
