Two people face charges after a wallet was stolen from an east end Belleville church late yesterday morning (Monday).
City police were called to the church around 11:30 and were told two people had run away prior to their arrival.
However, officers quickly located two suspects.
Charged with theft under $5,000 are 40-year-old Louise Hall and 33-year-old Michael Primeau, both of Belleville.
Both appear in court February 13.
