A collision between a small car and a tractor trailer closed Highway 401 west for over three hours yesterday (Sunday).
One person in the car suffered minor injuries and was treated at Trenton Memorial Hospital .
The transport jackknifed as a result of the accident. Quinte West firefighters, OPP and Hastings-Quinte paramedics responded
around 11:30 in the morning to the scene which was near the Wallbridge-Loyalist Road exit.
