Two people have been arrested and will appear in court to face charges related to a series of break and enters in Peterborough and Northumberland County according to Northumberland OPP.
Jennifer Bridges, 39, of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen and 37-year-old Jeremy Richardson of Trent Hills are facing multiple criminal charges related to the break and enters which occurred between December 2019 and January 7.
Bridges is facing charges of: break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offences, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of a Schedule 1 substance – methamphetamine, fail to comply with probation order and possession of break-in instruments.
Richardson is facing charges of: break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offences, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000, failure to comply with an undertaking and possession of break-in instruments.
Both are being held in custody pending their court appearance on Monday.
