A Napanee woman is facing charges following an altercation late Friday night say police.
Lennox and Addington Police responded to a disturbance just before midnight at a Napanee apartment building.
Police say a confrontation broke out between the woman, who was being dropped off at the apartment, and a man.
Shirley Ann Cairns, 31, is facing assaulting a peace officer and two counts of possession of opioids for the purpose of trafficking charges.
She will appear in Napanee court on January 21, 2020.
