None of the high schools operated by the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board will be open today (Wednesday) for students in grades 9 through 12.
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation is holding another one day strike at high schools in 10 different school boards today.
The strike at Kawartha Pine Ridge secondary schools will affect East Northumberland in Brighton and Campbellford High School.
Grade 7 and 8 classes held inside secondary schools will be running as usual.
High schools in the Hastings Prince Edward board will be operating normally today.
