The Grace Inn Shelter is open for business.
Monday morning, the site at the bottom of Church Street by Station Street, unlocked the doors.
Board Chair Jodie Jenkins says the idea was floated around about 12 years ago, and things got serious in 2015.
Jenkins adds that it is so much more than just a bed.
