The to-do list in Stirling-Rawdon for 2020 may not be an arm’s length long, but everything on the list is important regardless.
Mayor Bob Mullin says one of the larger items on their radar for 2020 is finalizing their strategic plan.
Other major projects on the books for the new year include completing an application for major upgrades for the water and waste water pumping station, developing a community safety and well-being plan and upgrading the municipal building lighting to LED.
It won’t all be easy though Mullin said as Stirling-Rawdon is in the same boat as many other municipalities.
Another challenge facing the municipality is the significant provincial cuts which have led to the depletion of Stirling-Rawdon’s reserves.
