The Belleville Senators powered their way to a 6-2 victory in Binghamton last night over the Devils.
The B-Sens used six different goal scorers in the win. Andrew Sturtz, Josh Norris, Jonathan Davidsson, Jordan Murray, Alex Formenton and Vitaly Abramov all scored on Cory Schneider while Filip Gustavsson made 29 saves in net for Belleville picking up his second straight win.
Here’s what Sturtz had to say about scoring the game’s ice breaker in the second period.
The goal was Sturtz’s first of the season on a beautiful stretch pass from Jordan Murray.
The Senators are back at it tonight (Saturday) riding a four-game win streak as they visit the Hershey Bears. You can catch the action on CJBQ starting at 6:50.
Belleville is back home Friday when they host Cleveland at the CAA Arena.
