Prince Edward County OPP laid a couple of charges at a RIDE program over the weekend.
Police say a vehicle entered the program and officers detected offences under the Cannabis Control Act.
Eighteen-year-old Skylar Rushlow of Quinte West was charged with operating a motor vehicle with cannabis readily available.
Officers also charged the passenger, 18-year-old Cameron Williams of Prince Edward County with possession of cannabis under 19 years old.
