A drone drop is suspected in the most recent seizure of drugs at Collins Bay Institution.
On November 24 around 7 a.m., a package was seized by staff in the medium security unit.
The package contained 104.9 grams of tobacco, 29.6 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 225.1 grams of marijuana and five ceramic blades.
The institutional value of this seizure is $33,790.
Correctional Service of Canada staff are investigating the incident and police have been notified.
