A Belleville man has luck on his side.
Winston Smith is all smiles today after winning $50,000 in the November 9 Ontario 49 draw.
The retired father of one plans on paying some bills, sharing with family and taking a trip to Jamaica.
The winning ticket was purchased at John’s Variety on Station Street in Belleville.
