Belleville Police Service responded to 65 calls for service from November 14, 2019 at 5 a.m. to November 15, 2014 at 5 a.m.
Assaults
On November 14, 2019 at 9 p.m., police were called to a residence in the city’s east end with regards to a domestic assault. Investigation resulted in a 34-year-old female being arrested for assault. She was taken to The Belleville Police Service where she was later released on a promise to appear with officer in charge conditions. She was given a court date of December 12 to answer to the charge. Names are being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
On November 15, 2019 at 3 a.m., police attended an address in the city’s east end with regards to a disturbance. Investigation resulted in a 32-year-old male being arrested for domestic mischief. The male was taken to The Belleville Police Service where he was later released on a promise to appear with conditions and given a court date of December 9. Names are being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
