Rain was the weather story last month.
According to Environment Canada and readings taken at CFB Trenton just over 154 millimetres, or 6 inches, of rain fell in October.
That is almost double the usual rainfall of 83 mm for the month.
About half of the 154 mm came in two days in the later part of the month where 32 mm and 42 mm of rain fell respectively.
Meanwhile, average temperatures were close to normal last month with the average high being close to 16 degrees celsius and the average low being 5 degrees.
