Two people have been arrested in connection with separate shoplifting incidents in Quinte West recently.
Both happened at businesses on Dundas Street East.
The first was last Friday, when officers were called to a business around 1:30 p.m. and arrested 41-year-old Calvin Paul Swyers.
The other happened yesterday, around 7:30 a.m. and police arrested 60-year-old Alison Jane Marsden-McCormick.
Both are charged with theft under $5,000 and both are scheduled to appear in Belleville court on November 28.
