It’s official. The City of Belleville will soon be the owners of the Hillcrest elementary school property.
Hastings Prince Edward District School Board Trustees voted to approve the sale of the property for $800,000 at a board meeting last night (Monday).
The city will soon be considering various options for the property such as green space, recreation, and possible residential development.
