A Quinte West man appeared in Belleville court on Saturday to answer a mischief charge following a vandalism incident at a car dealership.
Quinte West OPP began an investigation on October 17 at a Quinte West car dealership that saw 40 vehicles vandalized, amounting to thousands of dollars in damage.
James Allen Patrick was caught on surveillance and identified by police.
The 40-year-old is facing charges of mischief over $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
