With Monday being a holiday there are a number of business closures around the area.
Banks, government offices and most grocery stores will be closed, as are LCBO outlets in the region.
The Quinte Mall is also closed, with Belleville Transit and Quinte Access both not running buses.
However, the Beer Store on Station Street in Belleville will be open, as are most pharmacies, restaurants and the Cineplex movie theatre in Belleville.
