A Hastings Highlands man appeared in court on October 10, after OPP officers caught him in possession of a stolen e-bike.
Bancroft OPP report the e-bike was stolen from a home on Bridge Street East on Wednesday afternoon.
Less than two hours later, officers located 38-year-old Elwood Ostroskie with the bike on Hwy. 28.
He is facing charges of theft under $5,000 and three counts of failure to comply with probation.
