A 24-year-old Prince Edward County man has been arrested after police say he fled from them on a motorcycle.
Officers spotted a motorcycle on Pitt Street with improper lighting last Friday night around 11:00 p.m. and tried to pull the rider over, but he sped away and crashed at the bottom of the hill, near Lalor Street.
The motorbike was found on its side and the driver had to be taken to hospital by Hastings-Quinte Paramedics with minor injuries.
Alexander Robert Hull has been charged with driving while prohibited, failure to comply with demands, breaching recognizance and driving while suspended.
He was released from custody at the hospital and is scheduled to appear in Picton Court tomorrow.
