The driver of an all terrain vehicle involved in a serious collision last July in Prince Edward County is facing charges.
In early July emergency responders rushed to the scene after an ATV hit a tree on County Road 3, commonly known as Rednersville Road.
The driver, a 24-year-old woman and the passenger, a 71-year-old man, were taken to hospital with critical injuries.
On September 26 Prince Edward County OPP charged Andrea Fraser of Belleville with operation conveyance causing bodily harm and operation of a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and drugs.
She appears in Picton court October 16.
