Lennox and Addington OPP have charged one man in relation to a fatal collision in July.
Police say 24-year-old Michael David Holden of Greater Napanee is facing a charge of careless driving causing death.
The charge stems from an incident on July 13 on Pine Grove Road in Greater Napanee where a motorcycle and pickup truck towing a trailer collided between Stone Hedge Road and Westplain Roads.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 54-year-old man, was killed in the collision.
Holden will appear in Napanee court on November 7.
