Central Hastings OPP have charged a 26-year-old man from Frontenac Township after a suspicious persons call on the weekend.
Police were called to a vacant lot on Cedar School Road in Madoc Township on Friday, September 13 around 6 p.m.
Officers located Dustin Sweet in possession of a stolen generator and charged him with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
He will appear in Belleville court in October to answer the charge.
