A Picton man is spending time in jail after being in a collision while driving with a suspended licence and possessing a firearm in the late summer of last year.
Early in August of 2018 there was a two vehicle collision on Victoria Road in Prince Edward County.
At that time OPP officers found that 40-year-old Donnie Lemmon was driving without a licence and using a licence without authorization. They also seized a weapon. Lemmon was prohibited from possessing weapons at the time.
Last July he was convicted of dangerous driving and possession of a dangerous weapon.
He was given a lifetime weapons ban and was banned from driving for two years in addition to seven months in jail.
