Prince Edward County OPP have laid an arson charge after a bulldozer went up in flames near the Macaulay Mountain Conservation Area on August 14.
The bulldozer had been parked on an unassumed road near Skutter Street.
On August 25, 18-year-old Daniel Jacob Geertsma was charged with arson and appears in Picton court September 18.
Police say they continue to investigate the fire as there could be a second person involved.
The bulldozer was valued at $30,000.
