Three people are lucky to be alive, after a serious fire last Sunday, west of Brighton.
Today’s Northumberland says around 11:15 p.m., emergency crews responded to Victoria Beach Road, between Colton Street, and Durham Street South, just south of Colborne, along Lake Ontario.
A home was fully engulfed, and three people managed to escape, with only minor injuries to one occupant.
The report says that two vehicles also caught fire, and crews had to contend with an adjacent propane tank.
