Four teenagers have been charged with arson in connection with a small fire earlier this week in Prince Edward County. Provincial Police identified the suspects yesterday after investigating the Monday evening blaze in an abandoned building on Kingsley Road in Hallowell. Four males aged 19, 17, 16 and 14 have been charged with arson causing damage to property and entering a premises while prohibited. The fire caused 4-thousand dollars damage.
